Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

• A minimum of 14 days’ notice is required for a full refund, less a $50 service fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the circumstances and our ability to fill the scheduled time.
• A $50 service fee applies to all cancellations.
• Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Weather Cancellations:

• If lessons are canceled due to weather conditions (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions), we will reschedule at a time that works for both parties. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit for the missed lesson(s) will be issued. In the case of light rain, lessons will go ahead as scheduled. If the client chooses to cancel due to light rain, the lesson will not be rescheduled or refunded.
