Travel Fee:

A small travel fee may apply for locations outside Kelowna or the Central Okanagan

Payment Method: We accept payment via E-Transfer, due prior to the start of the lessons.

Invoicing: An invoice will be sent prior to your first lesson, and payment is required in full before lessons begin.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 1 week before the start of lessons will receive a full refund.
• Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 1 week before lessons are non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
• Weather Cancellations: If lessons are canceled due to weather conditions (e.g., lightning, heavy rain, or other unsafe conditions), we will reschedule at a time that works for both parties. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit for the missed lesson(s) will be issued.
